Communicative We train learners to use language for effective communication--either in spoken and/or written form. Holistic We design materials and select training techniques which are specifically relevant to the individual trainee. In this way the learner realises his/her maximum learning potential--both on a cognitive and affective level (the "head and heart" approach). Modern Training Methods We employ modern training techniques reflecting the latest developments in language teaching / learning methodology and practice.--We use authentic materials to bring the real world into the training sessions.--Each course is customised on the basis of a detailed needs analysis and level assessment.
